We are aware there's an issue with the new MFA logins for some users. If you are having issues, please file only 1 SNOW ticket per county. This is a problem on the NC DIT side. There's a mismatch betwen their MS 365/Azure DB and their NCID DB.When you fileyour single ticket per county, we need to know if ALL of your CSDW users are getting MFA errors, or if some are able to log in. If it's only a subset of all county CSDW users who cannot log in, please include a list of their names, emails & NCIDs |
